Bai Zi Yang Xin Wan - by Min Shan is a nourishing formula designed to support restful sleep, reduce irritability and calm anxiousness. Use it for symptoms such as:

• insomnia/irregular sleep patterns
• dream-disturbed sleep (i.e. vivid dreaming)
• difficulty concentrating
• night sweats
• occasional constipation/loose stools
