Neck & Lumbar Spine Capsules is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula designed to address neck and back pain from overwork, strain, and/or trauma by improving blood circulation to the affected area and relieving pain. It is also helpful to address chronic back pain situations as it contains herbs that nourish the Liver and Kidney (which in TCM theory are responsible for strengthening, maintaining, and healing the bones, muscles, and connective tissues throughout the body).

Instructions for use:

• Take 4 capsules 3 times a day.

WARNINGS:

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use during pregnancy.
• Not recommended if you have heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding, or if you have digestive problems.
• Do not use if you have a bleeding disorder, peptic ulcer, or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product.
• Do not exceed recommended use or use long term (1-2 weeks tops).
• Discuss with a doctor or pharmacist before use if taking digitalis, cardiac glycosides, any drugs to control blood pressure, anticoagulants, antiplatelet drugs, or warfarin.
• Discuss with your doctor and discontinue use at least 2 weeks before surgery as this product may lower blood pressure, may inhibit platelet aggregation, and may interact with warfarin.
• Diabetics are advised to discuss use with a qualified healthcare practitioner prior to use, and monitor their blood sugar closely.
