Bupleurum Shu Gan is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula used to address Liver qi stagnation. It is commonly used to support normal gastrointestinal function, especially when the digestive complaints (e.g. costal fullness, nausea and vomiting, reflux etc...) are exacerbated by emotional stress of upset, anxiety and/or stress and tension headaches. Bupleurum Shu Gan Wan is also indicated for use with menstrual disorders and symptoms of PMS.

• Chai Hu – Bupleurum – Radix Bupleuri
• Bai Shao – White Peony Root – Radix Paeoniae Alba (wine-fried)
• Xiang Fu – Nutgrass Rhizome – Rhizoma Cyperi (vinegar-fried)
• Zhi Ke – Bitter Orange – Fructus Aurantii (stir-fried)
• Chuan Xiong – Sichuan Lovage Rhizome – Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong
• Gan Cao – Licorice Root – Radix Glycyrrhizae
• Chen Pi – Tangerine Peel – Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae

Dosage Instructions for Plum Flower - Bupleurum Shu Gan Teapills

Take 8 Teapills, 3 times per day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Amount: 200 Teapills per bottle (about 8 days' worth) Contraindicated during pregnancy.
