Take 8 teapills, 3x/day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Amount: 200 teapills per bottle. Allergen Information: Contains wheat. Shan Yao (Chinese Yam) is stir-fried with wheat bran. While the bran is sifted out during processing, it does contain traces of wheat.
