What is it?

Plum Flower - Rising Courage, or Wen Dan Wan is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula used for those with excess phlegm and an imbalance between the gallbladder and the stomach. In Chinese Medicine, the gallbladder energy is responsible for one's courage and a lack of it would cause timidity and anxiety. This formula may be helpful for the following:

• Palpitation
• Insomnia
• Timidity
• Restlessness
• Anxiety
• Nervousness
• Neurosis
• Acute gastritis
• Chronic bronchitis

Herbal Ingredients:

• Zhu Ru – Bamboo Shavings – Caulis Bambusae in Taenia
• Zhi Shi – Immature Bitter Orange – Fructus Aurantii Immaturus
• Ban Xia – Pinellia – Rhizoma Pinelliae (prepared)
• Chen Pi – Tangerine Peel – Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae
• Fu Ling – Poria Mushroom – Poria
• Gan Cao – Licorice Root – Radix Glycyrrhizae
• Sheng Jiang – Fresh Ginger – Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens
• Da Zao – Jujube Date – Fructus Jujubae

Other Ingredients: Hydrated magnesium silicate, Activated carbon, China wax

Dosage Instructions:

Take 8 Teapills, 3 times daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
