Plum Flower - Shen Ling Bai Zhu Pian

What is it?

Plum Flower - Shen Ling Bai Zhu is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula that promotes healthy digestion for those with indigestion, nausea, and diarrhea. Shen Ling Bai Zhu Pian may be used for the following:

• Chronic diarrhea-- watery, possibly with bits of undigested food and no noticeable odor
• Nausea
• Indigestion
• Poor appetite
• Poor digestion
• Fatigue

In terms of TCM theory, it is applicable in cases of Spleen yang deficiency w/cold in the middle jiao.  

Herbal Ingredients:

• Dang Shen – Codonopsis – Radix Codonopsis
• Fu Ling – Poria Mushroom – Poria
• Bai Zhu – White Atractylodes – Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae
• Shan Yao – Chinese Yam – Rhizoma Dioscoreae
• Lian Zi – Lotus Seed – Semen Nelumbinis
• Yi Yi Ren – Job’s Tears – Semen Coicis
• Bai Bian Dou – Hyacinth Bean – Semen Lablab Album
• Jie Geng – Platycodon – Radix Platycodonis
• Sha Ren – Amomum – Fructus Amomi
• Gan Cao – Licorice Root – Radix Glycyrrhizae

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Hypromellose, Polyethylene glycol, Magnesium stearate

Dosage Instructions:

Take 3 tablets, three times per day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner).

 Amount: 100 tablets per bottle (net wt. 1 oz.)
