Ten Flavor Teapills - by Plum Flower (Shi Chuan Da Bu Wan), also known as " Ten ingredient pills for complete tonification" is a commonly prescribed TCM formula for persons who are in a state of overall (often systemic) deficiency or are dealing with situations of chronic fatigue, long-term illness, or extended recovery from a weakened state (e.g. chemo recovery, post-partum, recovery from surgery, etc...). This formula is most appropriate for those whose patterns include cold extremities, weakness in the lower body, and/or subjective feeling of being cold/chilly. Other, secondary symptoms that point toward appropriate use of this formula may include fatigue, dry hair and skin, cracked nails, poor concentration and memory, dizziness, palpitations, and spontaneous sweating (w/out much exertion).

• Shu Di Huang – Prepared Rehmannia – Radix Rehmanniae Preparata
• Dang Gui – Angelica Root – Radicis Angelicae Sinensis
• Dang Shen – Codonopsis – Radix Codonopsis
• Huang Qi – Astragalus – Radix Astragali (honey-fried)
• Bai Shao – White Peony Root – Radix Paeoniae Alba (wine-fried)
• Bai Zhu – White Atractylodes – Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (honeyed, bran-fried)
• Fu Ling – Poria Mushroom – Poria
• Chuan Xiong – Sichuan Lovage Rhizome – Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong
• Gan Cao – Licorice Root – Radix Glycyrrhizae
• Rou Gui – Cinnamon Bark – Cortex Cinnamoni

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Hydrated magnesium silicate, Dextrin (Maltose), China wax Allergen Information: Atractylodes/Bai zhu is stir-fried with wheat bran. While the bran is sifted out during processing, it may contain traces of wheat.  

Directions for use:

Take 8 teapills, 3x/day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Amount: 200 teapills per bottle (approximately 8 days supply at bottle dosage).
