Plum Flower Tian Ma Teapills is a Chinese Herbal Medicine which addresses chronic deficiency patterns (of Liver & Kidney yin) that result in Liver yang rising.  This formula is specifically recommended for those with chronic/recurring headaches (pounding, tension, and migraine headaches to give a few examples) and dizziness & vertigo that are rooted in Liver and Kidney yin deficiencies. Other secondary symptoms that point to the appropriate use of this formula include: insomnia, irritability, fatigue, and a red, flushed face w/ the sensation of heat rushing to the head. This formula also extinguishes wind and can be used concurrently when headaches and dizziness are accompanied by aching, painful, stiff joints where the symptoms get worse in cold and damp weather (wind-damp bi syndrome).
