Yang Ying Teapills-- by Plum Flower (aka "Nourish nutritive qi formula")  combines many tonifying herbs that combine to strengthen & regulate various systems in the body (most notably the Spleen, Heart, and Kidney). It can help alleviate fatigue, bolster immunity, improve sleep, improve digestive function and is also useful for people who are constitutionally weak and for those recovering from long illness or dealing with chronic disease/syndromes that weaken the body systemically.

• Dang Gui – Angelica Root – Radicis Angelicae Sinensis

• Shu Di Huang – Prepared Rehmannia – Radix Rehmanniae Preparata

Other Ingredients: Hydrated magnesium silicate, Dextrin (Maltose), China wax Allergen Information: Contains Wheat (*processed with wheat bran). Atractylodes/Bai zhu is stir-fried with wheat bran. While the bran is sifted out during processing, it may contain traces of wheat.    

Directions for use:

Take 8 teapills, 3x/day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Amount: 200 teapills per bottle (approximately 8 days supply at bottle dosage).
