Plum Flower - Yin Yang Huo (Horny Goat Weed) Extract Powder

What is it?

Yin Yang Huo (Epimedium koreanum herb) extract powder - by Plum Flower is known in the West as Horny Goat Weed and is most commonly used as a male sexual tonic to:

• increase libido & stamina
• address erectile dysfunction

However. this is not its only use; in terms of TCM, it is said to tonify Kidney yang, astringe jing, expel wind-damp and cold, and anchor Liver yang rising (w/corresponding Kidney deficiency is present in the pattern). Clinically, it is used (always in formula, see below*) to address:

• sexual dysfunction (primarily in older men): impotence, spermatorrhea, frequent urination
• poor memory, painful and cold lower back and knees
• spasms, cramps, joint pain, numbness in limbs

* This herb is very warm in nature and will damage the yin eventually if used as a single herb-- thus it is used in formula so the warming, drying effects are balanced out

Dosage Instructions:
