What is it?
Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan - Rehmannia Eight - Rehmannia 8 is a famous Chinese Herbal Medicine formula for helping with menopausal symptoms, but can be helpful for men with some of the same symptoms. This shows up as several or many of the following symptoms:
- Insomnia
- Night sweats
- Flushed cheeks
- Hot flashes
- Hot palms and soles of feet
- Dry mouth
- Anxiety
- Nosebleeds (possibly)
- Bleeding gums (possibly)
- Chronic sore throat that's red
- Weak or sore knees
- Blurred vision (possibly)
- Vaginal discharge (possibly)
- Seminal emission (possibly)
This formula can be extremely helpful for women going through menopause, if there are several of the above symptoms. Chinese herbs work differently from Western drugs -- they help clear the root of the problem. Often these herbs work better if taken for some time, depending on the severity and length of symptoms. Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan can be taken for long periods of time as a health tonic. Amount: 1 oz
